Where can I find all ticketing information?

All information can be found via our Ticketing page for General Admission, Masterclass and Experience Tickets for each Festival Venue.

What time does the Festival start and can I purchase tickets on the day?

Festival gates open at varying times according to each event, please check the individual event pages for timings.

We strongly recommend you buy your tickets in advance. This is subject to availability.

Does my ticket include entry into the venue grounds?

Your ticket does include entry into Blenheim Palace and surrounding grounds. For more information.

Where can I see the Festival timetable?

All event programmes will be released via the website and social media nearer to the event, keep checking back for updates.

Is there parking available?

Free parking will be available at the Blenheim Palace.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Vehicles cannot be left overnight and must be off-site by:

Blenheim Palace - 19:00

Can I bring my own food and drink to the festival?

You may not bring your own food and drink to the Festival, as there is plenty of food and drink stalls on hand to tickle all taste buds.

Are dogs allowed on site?

Yes, well-behaved dogs are allowed on the festival site but ensure they are kept on a lead at all times. We even have a dedicated stall just for dog treats.

For safety and hygiene reasons, dogs are not permitted into the food marquees, festival kitchen or inside the venue buildings.

Don't forget to bring your poo bags.

How do I obtain an exhibitors stand?

Apply here today or email info@epsilonfestivals.co.uk with details of company and stall.

To achieve the perfect balance of stalls for visitors and stallholders alike, we have limited places for each type of produce, so, to ensure your spot at our Festival, apply today!

How many stalls will be available?

This varies per event, approximately 150-200 food producers, hot food and bar stalls will be available for you to taste, try and buy throughout the weekend.

Are there cash machines on site and do you accept credit/debit cards?

There are no cash withdrawal facilities available on site - we can accept all major card types. Some exhibitors may not accept credit/debit cards. Please be sure to bring some cash with you.

Due to COVID - 19, we are encouraging contactless card payments wherever possible. We would recommend you come prepared with your debit/credit card and cash.

Is the site suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs?

We will do our best to ensure the comfort and safety of wheelchair and pram users. Whilst some sites are suitable for wheelchairs and families with prams, each event is set on a field which means the route into the festival sites may include some rough, muddy paths.

Disabled drop-offs can be arranged, please contact us in advance or speak to a steward on the day.
